Pre-Installation Return Policy on Hot Tubs and Accessories
If you are not completely satisfied with your hot tub upon delivery and inspection or before delivery, we will take it back and refund your total purchase price.
30-Day Return Policy on Hot Tubs and Accessories.
If you are not satisfied with your spa or accessories within 30 days of your hot tub being delivered and installed, we will take it back and refund 80% of the purchase price minus a 500 AED pickup fee and 1000 AED crane fee if needed. The spa must be in the same condition it was delivered initially. Any abuse, modifications, or excessive wear and tear will be cause for refusal of the return or additional charges.
After the spa has been returned and inspected, the refund will be made to the account used for the original purchase.
30-Day to 1-Year Buyback Policy on Hot Tubs.
We can buy back your hot tub within one year of your hot tub being delivered and installed for 50% of the purchase price minus a 500 AED pickup fee and 1000 AED crane fee if needed. The spa must be in a similar condition it was delivered initially. Any abuse, modifications, or excessive wear and tear will result in a refusal of the buyback or lower buyback price.
After the spa has been returned and inspected, the buyback amount will be sent to you.
We do not offer buyback on accessories or any additional equipment we sell.
After 1-Year Buyback Policy on Hot Tubs.
We can buy back your hot tub after one year of your spa being delivered and installed. The hot tub will be evaluated, and we will quote individual buyback offer.
