We do not cover damage caused by direct sun exposure. We recommend you place your hot tub in the shade or use an umbrella to shade it from direct sun exposure.
10-Year Spa Structure Warranty
TubLease warrants the construction of the hot tub for ten years; our frames are made specifically to maintain hot tub strength and shape. The warranty covers your synthetic cabinets in cases of failure that would not have occurred in properly constructed cabinetry. This does not cover normal wear and tear of the finish; however, with minimal maintenance, your spa skirt will stay looking fresh for years.
7-Year Shell Construction Warranty
TubLease warrant covers shell construction against cracks, water leaks, and shell failure for seven years due to any workmanship deficiencies. To ensure your warranty covers your hot tub, use appropriate cleaning materials, as damage caused by improper care is not covered.
2-Years Warranty on Electrical & Plumbing
TubLease warrants all the major spa components, such as the electrical and plumbing areas, for two years, with the first 12 months also including labor. This includes the hot tub PCB, heater, and pumps. Plumbing components are covered in case of leakage or cracking due to a defect in the materials or how they were crafted.
1-Year Warranty on Accessories
TubLease warrants other spa components such as Bluetooth Audio, LED lights, spa covers, headrests, steps, umbrellas, coolers, cover lifters, and others for one year from the date of purchase.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Ensure you maintain proper water chemistry, clean with appropriate materials, and use Genuine TubLease Hot Tub parts when necessary. This is important not only for keeping your spa under warranty but also for your enjoyment of your investment.

Conditions Of Warranty
All warranties apply to the original customer.
This warranty does not include costs incurred by using non-authorized repairs or components.
All repair work will be carried to the hot tub with easy access to the four sides; we expect all hot tubs to be ready for repair in this condition.
If the hot tub is underground or against a wall, fence, or another obstructing object, please ensure the hot tub is ready to be seen and inspected. The customer is responsible for preparing the hot tub for the engineer with the maintenance area within easy access.
All warranties are void if alterations, modifications, or repairs have been made that are not authorized by TubLease.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect electrical installation not made by TubLease.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by physical damage to surfaces or components.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by running the hot tub dry or faults caused by not filling the hot tub correctly and maintaining water levels.
No part of the hot tub is warranted against chemical damage by the use of unauthorized sanitizers such as trichlor, acids, calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, peroxides, or any sanitizing chemical that may remain undissolved on the spa surface. Correct chemical treatment is the responsibility of the customer. This warranty does not cover misuse from incorrect PH levels that cause corrosion and damage to the shell surface and parts.
Spa covers and skirts are not warranted against chemical burns, damage caused by misuse, or sun damage (we recommend shades, such as umbrellas).
The spa shell and components are not covered against any defects incurred if the customer does not use the spa cover while the spa is not in use.
